Register for a Glass Class!

Your Information

This form can be used to register for all glass classes except those offered through Mt. Airy Learning Tree (MALT). Please visit their website, www.mtairylearningtree.org, for those classes. Unless otherwise indicated, all classes are open to individuals ages 16 and older, and Teen classes are for students ages 13-19. *Please fill out one form per person, including those with two-person class vouchers.

Currently, all Groupons offered by The Crefeld Glass Studio have expired, making their promotional value no longer valid. The value actually paid for the Groupon ($55 or $99) will remain valid in perpetuity and can be used like a gift certificate. If you are using an expired Groupon, you will need to pay the balance of the class fee.
